Delete your Fit account and its associated data without reinstalling the app. Verify your email, then confirm deletion.
Your profile, health history, workouts, messages, coach chats, uploaded photos and newsletter subscription are erased from our live systems. Crews with other members are transferred. Your tracker keeps its original data.
Backups expire on their retention schedule (approximately 35 days). Diagnostics age out on our providers' schedules. Limited legal or support records may be retained when required, along with one-way tracker identifiers to prevent deleted data being re-imported. Retention details.
Can't access your account email, including an Apple relay address? Request deletion at hello@scribeberry.com. We will verify ownership before acting.
